InstaIndex provides a one-click solution to verify your site in Bing Webmaster Tools and gives you direct access to the IndexNow insights page. By clicking the link in the app, you can automatically verify and add your site to your Bing Webmaster account and start monitoring the indexing status and performance of your submitted URLs.
Verification is not working
The Bing verification process can sometimes be inconsistent. In some cases, it works on the first try — you click the link, sign in with your Google account, and your site appears in your Bing Webmaster Tools account. Other times, you may be asked to verify the site again.
If verification doesn't succeed on the first attempt, try clicking the link again. It may take up to three attempts for verification to complete. This inconsistency is on Bing's side — not related to InstaIndex. We have notified Bing about this issue. Once your site is verified and added to your Bing Webmaster Tools account, accessing the IndexNow insights page from the app works seamlessly using the same link.
Submissions not showing on the IndexNow insights page
If InstaIndex is submitting URLs but you're not seeing any data on the IndexNow insights page in Bing Webmaster Tools, this is expected for new sites. Bing takes a few days before it begins displaying submissions on the IndexNow page for sites that recently started using the protocol. This delay affects only the data display within Bing Webmaster Tools — not the actual processing of your URLs for indexing.
Submissions are processed in real time, even for new sites. If InstaIndex shows 200 (or 202 for the first few submissions) response codes, your submissions have been acknowledged by Bing and other search engines using IndexNow. Data should appear on the insights page after a few days of continued use.
Not all submitted URLs are getting indexed
IndexNow streamlines notifying search engines about changes on your site in real time, but it does not directly influence their decision to index the updated pages. IndexNow replaces the traditional method where search engines crawl your entire site to find changes — by using it, you reduce the time it takes for search engines to become aware of updates.
However, indexing decisions are ultimately made by search engines based on factors like site authority, content quality, backlinks, and overall SEO health. With consistent use and ongoing SEO efforts, indexing rates typically improve over time.
