If your key verification isn’t working, it’s usually due to access restrictions or a temporary issue during the process. Here’s what you can check.
1. Check if password protection is enabled
Key verification requires your store to be publicly accessible. If password protection is enabled, the verification will not work. You can disable it from your Shopify settings and then try verifying again. Learn more here
2. Check if Cloudflare is blocking access
Your store should allow access to the verification route. If services like Cloudflare is blocking it, the verification may fail.
3. Try the fix option
You may also see a Fix option in the app settings as shown in the screenshot below. If it appears, you can use this button and the app will try to fix the issue. It can only fix specific issues, so if the issue still persists, you can contact our support team for further help and we'll be happy to take a closer look.
