Who can access this feature
This feature is currently available for:
Premium Plan — 1 call per month
Business Plan — 2 calls per month
How to book a call
1. Open the Instalndex app
2. Navigate to the “Book a Call with the InstaIndex team” section
3. Select an available time slot
4. Confirm your booking
After booking, InstaIndex creates a calendar event with a Google Meet link and the details will be visible inside the app and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
How to cancel a call
If your plans change, you can cancel the call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time directly from the app. After the cancellation window closes, the dashboard keeps the call details visible but no longer shows the cancel action.
Once cancelled, your booking slot will automatically be restored so you can schedule another call within your monthly limit.
If you need to reschedule your call, you can simply cancel the booking and schedule a new one from the app. Once the call is cancelled within the allowed cancellation window, your monthly call quota will be automatically restored.
NOTE : Unused monthly call will not roll over to the next month. Additionally, calls that are missed without prior 24 hours cancellation or informing the team in advance will be considered used and counted toward your monthly call limit. If you still need to cancel due to an emergency or valid reason, please contact our support team and we will review the request for possible approval.
When booking is unavailable
Call booking may be unavailable when your current plan does not include it, your monthly quota is used, you already have an upcoming call, or no call times are currently open.
