Viewing prompt results

Written by Abhishek

Each prompt has a dedicated detail page showing the full history of how AI models responded and where your brand appeared. To access it, click any prompt from the Prompts list.

Page header

The top of the page displays:

  • Prompt text as the page title.

  • Status badge — Shows "Paused" if the prompt is inactive.

  • Tags — Displayed as metadata below the prompt text.

  • Created and updated dates.

The secondary actions menu lets you Edit, Pause/Resume, or Delete the prompt.

Info cards

Four cards at the top provide a quick summary:

Card

What it shows

AI models

Icons of the models this prompt is configured to track

Brand mentioned

How many of the AI models mentioned your brand in their most recent response (e.g., "3 / 4 models")

Total runs

Total number of individual model responses collected across all executions

Country

The target country, or "Any" if not set

Visibility over time

A line chart showing the daily mention percentage for your brand and competitors for this specific prompt. Each brand is plotted as a separate line.

Use this chart to:

  • Track trends — Is your brand being mentioned more or less over time for this query?

  • Compare with competitors — See how your visibility stacks up on this particular topic.

  • Spot changes — If a competitor's visibility suddenly spikes or yours drops, it may be worth investigating what changed in the AI's knowledge.

Results by model

Below the chart, results are grouped by AI model. Each model gets its own card showing:

  • Model icon and name

  • Number of responses collected so far (e.g., "5 responses")

Response cards

Within each model section, you'll see individual response cards for recent executions. Each card shows:

  • Execution date and time (displayed in your store's timezone)

  • Mentioned badge — Green "Mentioned" if your brand was found, red "Not mentioned" if it wasn't.

  • Sentiment badge — If your brand was mentioned, shows the sentiment: Positive (green), Neutral (gray), Negative (red), or Mixed (yellow).

  • URL cited badge — Appears if the AI response included a link to your store.

Below the badges:

  • Position — Shown as text (e.g., "Position: #2") if your brand appeared in an ordered list.

  • Competitors — Badges for each competitor that was also mentioned in this response.

Viewing the full response

Click View response on any response card to expand it and see:

  • AI response — The complete text the AI model generated, displayed in a read-only text field. This lets you read exactly what was said about your brand, competitors, and the overall topic.

  • Cited URLs — A list of URLs the AI referenced in its response.

Click Collapse to hide the response text again.

Viewing all responses for a model

The detail page shows a preview of recent responses. To see the full history for a specific model, click View all X responses. This opens a modal with paginated results for that model, so you can browse through every execution.

What to look for

Consistent mentions

If your brand is consistently mentioned across models and executions, your AI visibility for this topic is strong. If mentions are sporadic, consider whether your brand has enough online presence for this query — blog posts, product descriptions, and reviews all contribute to what AI models know about your brand.

Sentiment patterns

Watch for negative or mixed sentiment. If AI models are describing your brand negatively, review your product descriptions, customer reviews, and public-facing content. AI responses are influenced by the training data and web content that's available.

Position changes

If your brand used to rank #1 for a prompt and has dropped, competitors may be gaining more visibility in AI contexts. Look at what competitors are doing differently — they may have more recent content, stronger social proof, or better-structured product information.

Citation rate

Being mentioned is good, but being cited with a URL is better. Citation means the AI is actively directing users to your store. If you see many mentions but few citations, improve your online presence — structured data, quality content, and prominent domain visibility all help.
